Don’t get me wrong, love this author and this series but this book just fell short. There were no redeemable qualities about Antonio. He was a jerk and kept being a jerk for the worst reasons and she took it. I felt she was way better than him and he didn’t really grow as a character. It was like he was a jerk one minute then in love with her the next. The other two books in this series were amazing so I don’t know. I’ll certainly buy the next book in this series but I wasn’t a fan of this one.Tags : Tossed Into Love (Fluke My Life Book 3) - Kindle edition by Aurora Rose Reynolds. The book has everything you would love in a romance piece. Love, emotion, family, parents who were very supporttive and anxious for grand babies. Also the epilogs, one year, seven years. There were misunderstanding between Libby and Antonio but were dealt with very nicely. I fully recommend this book and all other books by this author. You get your money's worth. Keep writting these great books and your fan club willl continue to support you,
This is one of those feel good stories that everyone needs at some point or another. I loved the push/pull between Libby and Antonio, loved how they were both so clueless at times and even loved their miscommunication. But more than that I especially enjoyed the family theme throughout the story and Miss Ina is a major scene stealer. I'm looking forward to the next book.
A great addition to the series. I really really liked Libby. She has got to be my favorite ARR heroines and that is saying a lot. She strong and and a great sense of herself. She knows what she wants for life, if not exactly how to get there at the beginning, and while her appearance makes her seem like a typical female she is soooo much deeper, which takes to her love interest...Antonio. He makes all the wrong assumptions about her and while he learns he is wrong as the book progresses, it seems he still has lessons to learn in the end. I love how Libby hates typical romantic tropes and her book ends up being one!!! But she is a girl and all girls deserve romance and a prince charming. What a sweet way to think. An amazing read as usual. In my opinion you can never go wrong with ARR!!
Libby Reed is not sure what she did to Antonio Moretti but he has had disdain for her from the moment she set foot in his families restaurant. Libby has become close friends with his parents but when one of them falls ill, she steps in to help. Libby is forced to work with Antonio who is anything but happy about it. Tempers flare and that long built attraction between the two ignites and Antonio decides he wants to build something with Libby. The only problem is Libby is keeping a secret that could threaten everything they are building.
Another fantastic read from Aurora Rose Reynolds. I was wondering how Libby's and Antonio's story would come together. Can't wait to read the next book.
“ππ²π π΄πΌ, π£πΏπΆπ»π°π²ππ. π π΄πΌπ ππΌπ."
ππ¨π¬π¬ππ ππ§ππ¨ ππ¨π―π was an adorable and charming enemies-to-lovers romance that checked all of the boxes! Libby and Antonio’s romance was quite different from the first two books in the series because these two already had a foundation in place. A shaky foundation, but a foundation nonetheless. My heart sang with glee when Antonio finally wised up and saw Libby for who she truly was. And I loved how Libby’s crush on the gruff Antonio never wavered. These two were simply magic on the pages!
Although it's the third book in this series, you can also read it as a standalone. This one's the story of the youngest sister, Libby. Think it may be my new favorite in this series!
Libby is working in a hairdresser shop and has a side business she loves doing but there's still something she feels is missing in her life. When she hears someone she loves is unwell and can't work in her favorite pizza place at the moment, she'll volunteer to help out. But there's one person that she can't seem to get out of her mind and he's the son of the boss working there. Although she's had a crush on him for years, he's always been rude to her for a reason she doesn't know.
Now with them spending so much time together, Antonio sees another side of Libby that he never knew was there. Maybe, just maybe, he'll finally be able to let the past go and see that that there's so much more than meets the eye...
I read every book from this author and love every single book BUT this one. What happened to strong women who stands up for the heartache caused but their men? Girl!! He says his sorry and your like okay even though you are a jerk since the beginning. It started off promising with that whole bit about romantic movies and then *shaking head*. I am giving this one a 2.5 stars because the writing was written who well that I felt angry for her. But the drama and how she took it is not for me.
Hopeful for the next book though.
